Laura Sands is a Partner with The Clark Group. Based in the Wyoming office, Laura develops strategies for nonprofit and business clients to further public policies on agricultural and bioeconomy initiatives, climate change and renewable energy. She also develops effective messaging strategies to build coalitions among nontraditional constituencies and agriculture. Prior to joining The Clark Group Laura worked in a variety of agricultural and trade focused media and consulting positions. Laura also served on the national board of directors for the American Agricultural Editors Association.

Sara Hessenflow Harper is a Partner with The Clark Group. Working in both the Richmond, VA and Washington DC offices, Sara’s work focuses on climate change policy and the coming low carbon markets for the agriculture industry. Prior to joining The Clark Group Sara worked as a climate policy analyst for Environmental Defense as well as a legislative assistant for Senators Chuck Hagel (R-NE) and Sam Brownback (R-KS).

Debra Rogers has over ten years experience in National Environmental Policy Act document review, preparation and project management. Debra has worked with several clients including the Tulalip Tribes, the Department of Homeland Security and the US Visit program to provide expert NEPA advice.
